摘　　要：在《“十四五”全国档案事业发展规划》的政策背景下,从档案收集、整理、保管的档案工作业务流程视角出发,基于新一代信息技术提出档案数据资源智慧化管理路径,通过以数据化为导向的协同统一机制、以数据流通为主线的开放共享机制、以人才与技术为支撑的保障机制三个实现机制,来全面高效地对国家综合档案馆馆藏资源进行智慧管理,深入挖掘档案资源的潜在价值,为用户提供智慧服务。Considering the The 14th Five-year Plan for the National Archival Enterprise Development, and the archives business process of archives collection, sorting and storage, this paper offers the intelligent management path of archives data resources based on the new generation of information technology. Through the implementation mechanism of data-oriented coordination and unification mechanism, open and sharing mechanism with data circulation and guaranteed mechanism supported by talents and technology, the national comprehensive archives can comprehensively and efficiently manage the collection resources, reach the highest potential value of resources, and provide intelligent services for archives users.
