摘　　要：本文在系统介绍和评价《科学技术档案案卷构成的一般要求》(GB/T 11822-2008)的主要内容的基础上,进一步说明了该标准的主要特点、理论价值和实践意义,并对该标准在术语定义的规范、行文的用语统一、规范性引用文件、条款的细化等方面存在的问题,提出了修改和完善的建议。On the basis of systematically introducing and evaluating the main contents of "General requirements for the file formation of scientific and technological archives"(GB/T 11822-2008), this paper further explains the main characteristics, theoretical value and practical significance of this standard. In addition, some suggestions are put forward to improve the standard in terms of the standardization of term definition, the unification of terms, the normative reference documents and the refinement of terms.
