摘  要:利用四种表面活性剂对水热体系中的纳米羟基磷灰石(HAP)陶瓷粉体进行修饰改性,致力于提高其分散性,以降低晶粒间团聚作用。通过SEM、XRD、FT-IR、Zeta电位及BET等手段评估了四种有机外加剂对HAP粉体形态、纯度和尺寸影响几何。结果表明,虽同属阴离子表面活性剂,但是十二烷基硫酸钠与十二烷基磺酸钠会导致晶体产生不同的长径比,作为螯合剂的柠檬酸可以显著改善HAP团聚的问题,且可以提高其在水溶液中的稳定性,其晶体形貌呈规则均一的球状,非离子表面活性剂壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚分散效果不理想,且降低了HAP晶体在水相中的稳定性,晶体长径比不一。Nano hydroxyapatite(HAP) ceramic powder in hydrothermal system was modified by four surfactants to improve its dispersion and reduce the agglomeration between grains. The geometric effects of four organic admixtures on the morphology, purity and size of HAP powder were evaluated by SEM,XRD, FT-IR, Zeta potential and BET. The results show that although they are both belong to anionic surfactants, sodium dodecyl sulfate and sodium laurylsulfonate will lead to different aspect ratios of crystals.Citric acid as a chelating agent can significantly improve the agglomeration and stability of HAP in aqueous solution. Its crystal morphology is regular and uniform spherical. The nonionic surfactant polyoxy ethylene nonyl phenyl ether has an unsatisfactory dispersion effect and reduces the stability of HAP crystals in the water phase. The crystal aspect ratio is quite different.
