麻醉护理一体化管理在麻醉后恢复室患者中应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨麻醉护理一体化管理在麻醉后恢复室患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2021年1月广西壮族自治区民族医院收治的90例全身麻醉患者进行研究,采用随机分组法将患者分为观察组及对照组,前者45例采用麻醉护理一体化管理,后者45例实施基础护理,比较两组患者苏醒及拔管时间、抑郁焦虑、并发症发生率及血压和心率情况。结果:观察组患者苏醒时间、拔管时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的HAMA、HAMD评分情况较对照组患者改善显著(P<0.05);使用麻醉护理一体化管理的观察组血压和心率水平情况比使用基础护理的对照组患者改善明显(P<0.05)。结论:麻醉后恢复室患者采用麻醉护理一体化管理,可有效减少其并发症的发生情况,患者的苏醒质量也得到保证,可应用于临床护理中。Objective:To investigate the application effect of anesthesia nursing integrated management in patients in post-anesthesia recovery room.Methods:90 patients with general anesthesia in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region National Hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected for study.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random grouping method.The former 45 cases were under the integrated management of anesthesia and nursing,and the latter 45 cases were under basic nursing.The recovery and extubation time,depression and anxiety,incidence of complications,blood pressure and heart rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The wake-up time and extubation time of patients in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);and the complication rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the HAMA and HAMD scores of patients in the observation group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group(P<0.05);the blood pressure and heart rate level in the observation group using integrated management of anesthesia nursing were significantly improved compared with the control group under basic nursing(P<0.05);Conclusion:The integrated management of anesthesia nursing in patients post-anesthesia recovery room can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications,and the quality of patients’ awakening is also guaranteed,which can be applied to clinical nursing.
