摘　　要：人工荨麻疹为物理性荨麻疹的一种,一般通过外界刺激,特别是搔抓后引起,具有病程长,迁延难愈的特点,严重影响了患者的日常工作与生活。西医临床治疗手段多以抗组胺药联合糖皮质激素软膏治疗。中医对此病的病因病机有其独到的认识和论述,凭借辨证论治对治疗此病有着一定的优势。文章就近年治疗人工荨麻疹的各种治疗方法进行概括作出综述,以供参考。Urticaria factitia is a kind of physical urticaria,which is usually caused by external stimulation,especially after scratching.It has the characteristics of long course and difficult to cure,which has seriously affected the daily work and life of patients.Antihistamines combined with glucocorticoid ointment are often used in the clinical treatment of western medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine has its unique understanding and discussion on the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease.It has certain advantages in treating this disease with syndrome differentiation and treatment.This paper summarizes various treatment methods for artificial urticaria in recent years for reference.
