摘　　要：“十四五”期间,新的发展环境和发展态势既为血站档案管理工作提供了良好的发展机遇和保障,也对其提出了更新更高的要求。文章从完善档案科学和规范管理、实施档案信息化建设、提升档案编研开发水平和利用效率、探索区域协同发展创新等进行阐述,持续提升血站档案管理水平,助力血站献供血事业发展,实现“十四五”期间血站档案管理水平高质量发展超越。During the "fourteenth five-year plan" period,the new development environment and development trend not only provided good development opportunities and guarantees for the archives management of blood stations,but also put forward newer and higher requirements.This paper expounds from perfecting archives science and standardized management,implementing archives information construction,improving archives compilation and research development level and utilization efficiency,and exploring regional collaborative development innovation,so as to continuously improve the archives management level of blood stations,help the development of blood donation and supply in blood stations,and realize the high-quality development and transcendence of archives management level of blood stations during the "fourteenth five-year plan" period.
