摘　　要：目的:分析2010—2020年北京市丰台区疑似预防接种异常反应(AEFI)的发生特征,评价丰台区AEFI监测系统敏感性。方法:通过中国免疫规划信息管理系统,收集2010—2020年北京市丰台区上报的AEFI个案信息,对其进行描述性流行病学分析。结果:2010—2020年北京市丰台区共报告AEFI个案1 056例,AEFI总报告发生率为12.75/10万;一般反应报告发生率为5.89/10万;异常反应报告发生率为4.65/10万,其中严重异常反应17例,报告发生率为0.21/10万。男女性别比为1.24∶1,0~3岁年龄组828例,占78.41%。结论:北京市丰台区AEFI监测情况良好,但敏感度低,主要表现为一般反应报告发生率低。提示需加强相关督导及培训,进一步提高AEFI的检测敏感度。OBJECTIVETo analyze the characteristics of adverse event following immunization from 2010 to 2020 in Fengtai district, and to evaluate the sensitivity of the monitoring system. METHODS Reported adverse event following immunization in Fengtai from 2010 to 2020 were collected through the National Immunization Management System for descriptive epidemiological analyses.RESULTS 1 056 AEFI cases were reported in Fengtai from 2010 to 2020, for a reported incidence of 12.75/100 000 doses. Among them, the incidence rate of the general reaction reported was 5.89/100 000, the abnormal reaction report rate was 4.65/100 000, 17cases were serious rare adverse reaction cases, and the reported incidence rate was 0.21 per 100 000. The ratio of male to female was 1.24:1. There were 828 cases in the age group of 0~3, accounting for 78.41%. CONCLUSION The AEFI surveillance in Fengtai district is good, but the sensitivity is low mainly due to low incidence of common adverse reaction reports. It is suggested that supervision and training should be strengthened and AEFI monitoring, and sensitivity should be further improved.
