老年日间手术患者延续护理需求质性研究

摘　　要：目的:了解老年日间手术患者术后延续护理需求,为制定针对性干预措施提供依据。方法:2020年7—8月采用目的抽样法对上海市某三级甲等医院日间手术病房即将出院的老年日间手术患者进行半结构式深入访谈,并采用Colaizzi分析法对访谈资料进行整理分析,提炼主题。结果:老年日间手术患者的延续护理需求被归纳为5个主题:症状管理需求、健康教育需求、医疗沟通与合作需求、支持与照护需求,以及对卫生服务资源和服务渠道信息的需求。结论:老年日间手术患者存在多方面延续护理需求,应基于患者的实际需求,完善目前日间手术延续护理模式,从而提供有针对性的延续护理服务。OBJECTIVETo explore the postoperative transitional care needs of elderly patients undergoing ambulatory surgery,and to provide a basis for formulating targeted intervention measures. METHODS From July to August 2020,the purposive sampling was used to conduct semi-structured interviews in elderly patients undergoing ambulatory surgery who were about to be discharged from the ambulatory surgery ward of a tertiary-grade A class hospital in Shanghai. The interview data were sorted and analyzed with the Colaizzi analysis method,and the themes were refined. RESULTS The transitional care needs of elderly patients undergoing ambulatory surgery were summarized into the following five themes:symptom management needs,health education needs,medical communication and cooperation needs, support and care needs, and health service resources and service channel information needs. CONCLUSION Elderly patients undergoing ambulatory surgery have a wide range of transitional care needs. Based on the actual needs of patients,the current transitional care model for elderly patients undergoing ambulatory surgery should be improved to provide targeted transitional care services.
