摘 要:为更好地开展雄安新区冬施条件下大体积混凝土浇筑养护工作,避免冬施大体积混凝土因养护不到位而引起病害问题发生.以雄安新区雄东管廊项目冬施环境下尺寸13.9 m×10.1 m×3.5 m承台浇筑养护施工为背景,提出雄安新区大体积混凝土冬施养护技术,并采用数值模拟方法研究该养护技术的有效性.结果表明,(1)提出适合雄安新区大体积混凝土浇筑冬施养护技术:控制入模温度为23℃左右,并覆盖2层5 cm厚棉被和一层篷布,内部设置冷凝管.(2)本养护条件下承台内部最大温度60℃,内外温差最大24.7℃,满足要求.(3)温度达峰值后,混凝土上部降温速度显著大于下部,施工应关注可能产生的影响.In order to better carry out the pouring and maintenance of mass concrete under the conditions of winter construction in Xiongan New Area,and avoid diseases caused by inadequate maintenance of mass concrete in winter construction.Based on the pouring and maintenance construction of bearing platform with the size of 13.9 m×10.1 m×3.5 m under the winter construction environment of xiongdong pipe gallery project in Xiongan New Area,this paper puts forward the winter construction and maintenance technology of mass concrete in Xiongan New Area,and uses the numerical simulation method to study the effectiveness of the maintenance technology.The results show that,(1) the winter construction and maintenance technology suitable for mass concrete pouring in Xiongan New Area is proposed:the molding temperature is controlled to be about 23 ℃,covered with two layers of 5 cm thick quilt and a layer of tarpaulin,and the condensation pipe is set inside.(2)Under this curing condition,the maximum internal temperature of the bearing platform is 60 ℃,and the maximum internal and external temperature difference is 24.7 ℃,which meets the requirements.(3) After the temperature reaches the peak value,the cooling rate of the upper part of the concrete is significantly higher than that of the lower part,and the construction shall pay attention to the possible impact.
