摘 要:针对合金钢在含NaCl环境下长期服役过程中遭受腐蚀的问题,选取42CrMo、Cr12MoV合金钢材料,通过采用动电位极化曲线、电化学阻抗谱分别研究了42CrMo和Cr12MoV合金钢在不同浓度NaCl环境下的电化学腐蚀行为。结果表明:2种合金钢的腐蚀速率随着NaCl浓度的增加呈现增大趋势。通过对42CrMo和Cr12MoV合金钢的电化学测试对比分析发现,在相同浓度NaCl溶液中,Cr12MoV的耐蚀性要优于42CrMo的。所得结果可为合金钢的应用提供参考。Aiming at the corrosion problem of alloy steels in long-term service in environments containing NaCl,42CrMo and Cr12MoV alloy steels were selected as research materials,and their electrochemical corrosion behaviors in environments with different NaCl concentrations was studied through potentiodynamic polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).Results showed that the corrosion rates of these two kinds of alloy steels increased with the rising of NaCl concentration.Through the comparative analysis of the electrochemical test results of 42CrMo and Cr12MoV alloy steels,it could be obtained that in NaCl solutions with the same concentration,the corrosion resistance of Cr12MoV was better than that of 42CrMo.The results of this study could provide reference for the application of alloy steels.
