摘 要:为了进一步提高钢构件多元合金渗层的防腐性能,对经多元合金共渗防腐处理的钢结构表面进行钝化处理,能进一步提高其防腐性能。选取配方中水量、溶剂量、pH值、反应时间、溶剂品种5个因素进行正交试验,结合主材的选择,得出最佳钝化液配方为甲基三乙氧基硅烷88.68%、水4.32%、溶剂乙醇7.00%、pH值2.5、反应时间2 h。选取钝化工艺中浸泡时间、浸泡温度、固化温度、固化时间4个参数进行了正交试验,得出最佳工艺为钝化液温度60℃、钝化时间30 min、固化温度60℃、固化时间1.5 h。研究显示,硫酸铜和醋酸铅点蚀实验可以作为快速检测钝化膜防腐性能的方法,用于生产现场检测。优选确定的钝化液不含重金属元素、有毒的成分,钝化工艺简便易操作,耐中性盐雾性能远优于铬酸盐钝化,工件经过钝化处理后,外观颜色一致。In order to further improve the anti-corrosion performance of the multi-element alloy infiltration layer of steel member, the surface of the steel member experienced multi-element alloy co-infiltration anticorrosive treatment was further treated with passivation treatment. Five factors of the formula including water quantity, solvent quantity, pH value, reaction time and solvent variety were selected to carry out an orthogonal experiment, and with the help of proper selection of the main material, the best formula obtained was as follow: silane methyl triethoxy silane, 88.68%;water, 4.32%;solvent ethanol, 7%;pH value, 2.5;and reaction time, 2 h. Then, four parameters of the passivation process including soaking time, soaking temperature, curing temperature and curing time were optimized through orthogonal experiments, and the best process obtained was as follow: the passivation solution temperature was 60 ℃, the passivation time was 30 min, the curing temperature was 60 ℃, and the curing time was 1.5 h. The copper sulfate and lead acetate pitting tests could be used as a rapid method for detecting the anti-corrosion performance of passivation coating on production site. The optimal selection of passivation solution did not contain heavy metals or toxic components. The passivation process was simple and thus easy to operate, and its resistance to neutral salt spray was far superior to that of chromate passivation. In addition, after the passivation treatment, the steel member had a uniform appearance and color.
