摘 要:除烧蚀和磨损外,舰炮身管腐蚀同样会显著影响其在海洋环境下的服役寿命。针对目前缺乏舰炮身管腐蚀方面研究的现状,分析了舰炮身管在内膛发射环境和海洋腐蚀环境交互作用下的协同腐蚀形式。提出了舰炮身管全服役周期腐蚀的研究观点,并以此为依据总结出了舰炮身管Cr涂层未开裂、涂层开裂和剥落、身管基体裸露3个阶段的腐蚀机理。Except for erosion and wear,the corrosion also significantly affects the service life of naval gun barrel in marine environment.In view of a lack of research on the corrosion of naval gun barrel at present,the corrosion forms of naval gun barrel under the interaction effects of gun bore launching environment and marine corrosion environment were analyzed systematically.In addition,the research viewpoint of whole service life corrosion of naval gun barrel was put forward.And based on such research viewpoint,the corrosion mechanisms of the naval gun barrel for the three stages of having a Cr coating without any cracks,having a Cr coating with cracks and spalls,and having a bare barrel substrate were summarized.
