摘 要:为探究热量集中、变形小的等离子焊接技术在轨道交通车辆的应用,以实现干线不锈钢车体的密封焊接,通过优化焊接电流、焊接电压、等离子气流量等试验参数,对制备的某车型4种密封焊缝接头外观、组织及力学性能进行研究。结果表明:4种典型接头分别在确定的焊接工艺参数条件下,可以获得表面成型良好、焊道均匀连续且没有咬边、气孔、夹杂以及未熔合、未焊透等缺陷的焊缝;接头焊缝区域组织为奥氏体柱状晶,晶间析出少量点状δ铁素体晶粒;接头机械强度均远高于标准要求,满足铁道车辆用不锈钢焊接接头的技术条件。In order to explore the application of plasma welding technology with heat concentration and small deformation in railway transit vehicles, so as to realize the sealing welding of trunk line stainless steel car body, the appearance, structure and mechanical properties of four kinds of sealing weld joints of a prepared certain vehicle type were studied by optimizing welding current, welding voltage, plasma gas flow and other test parameters. Results showed that for four typical joints, the welds with good surface formation, uniform and continuous weld bead without undercut, porosity, inclusion, lack of fusion, lack of penetration and other defects could be obtained under the determined welding process parameters respectively. The microstructure of joint weld area was composed of austenitic column crystal, and a small amount of point-shaped δ-ferrite grains were precipitated between the grains. The mechanical strengths of the joints were far higher than the standard requirements, which met the technical requirements of stainless steel welded joints for railway rolling properties.
