摘 要:首次采用高温灰化、微波消解样品的方式测定镉污染地区甘蔗根、茎、叶中的镉含量,并对其重金属健康风险进行研究。试验在100℃~200℃的电热板上对样品进行炭化,再将样品转移进500℃的马弗炉中灰化4 h,最后采用硝酸+双氧水+氢氟酸(3∶1∶1)作为溶剂,建立了微波消解样品,ICP-OES法测定甘蔗中镉金属的方法。表明甘蔗中镉金属的含量分布为:根>茎>叶。镉的检出限为0.0025μg/mL;加标回收率为96.60%~103.55%;该方法的相对误差和相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)分别为1.28%~6.98%。靶标危害系数方法计算结果显示镉金属对成人的THQ值为0.85,对儿童的THQ值为1.12。The content of cadmium in sugarcane roots, stems and leaves in cadmium polluted areas was determined by high temperature ashing and microwave digestion for the first time, and the health risk of heavy metals was studied. The samples were carbonized on an electric heating plate at 100℃~200℃, and then transferred to a muffle furnace at 500℃ for ashing for 4 hours. Finally, a method for the determination of cadmium in sugarcane by ICP-OES with microwave digestion samples and nitric acid + hydrogen peroxide + hydrofluoric acid(3:1:1) as solvent was established. The results showed that the distribution of cadmium in sugarcane was: root > stem >leaf. The detection limit of cadmium was 0.0025μg/mL;the recovery was 96.60%~103.55%;the relative error and relative standard deviation(RSD, n=11) of the method ware 1.28%~6.98% respectively. The calculation results of target hazard coefficient method showed that the THQ value of cadmium metal for adults was 0.85 and for children was 1.12.
