综合护理对儿童青少年品行障碍患者不良行为的干预效果研究

摘　　要：目的:研究儿童青少年品行障碍患者中实施综合护理的干预效果。方法:从2019年11月至2020年11月于南宁市第五人民医院就诊的儿童青少年品行障碍患者中抽取60例,以随机方式进行分两组,每组30例,综合组采取综合护理,常规组应用常规护理方法,评价对比护理效果。结果:综合组患者健康知识了解度与常规组对比,有对比优势性(P<0.05),护理后,综合组不良心理评分相比常规组更低(P<0.05),综合组护理依从性、护理满意度与常规组比较更高(P<0.05),护理后,综合组与常规组护理后生活质量评分相比,综合组评分更高(P<0.05)。结论:应用综合护理对儿童青少年品行障碍患者可促进患者了解健康知识,改善疾病症状。Objective: To study the intervention effect of comprehensive nursing in children and adolescents with conduct disorder.Methods: A study was conducted on the patients with conduct disorders of children and adolescents in Nanning Fifth People’s Hospital. 60cases were selected from the hospitalized patients from November 2019 to November 2020, and they were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group. The comprehensive group was treated with comprehensive nursing, and the routine group was treated with routine nursing methods to evaluate and compare the nursing effect. Results: Compared with the routine group, the comprehensive group had a comparative advantage in the understanding of health knowledge(P < 0.05). After nursing, the adverse psychological score of the comprehensive group was lower than that of the routine group(P < 0.05). The nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction of the comprehensive group were higher than that of the routine group(P < 0.05). After nursing, the score of quality of life after nursing in the comprehensive group was higher than that in the conventional group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: The application of comprehensive nursing in children and adolescents with conduct disorder can promote patients to understand health knowledge and improve disease symptoms.
