摘　　要：目的探讨早期康复治疗对掌侧锁定钢板内固定治疗桡骨远端骨折术后腕关节功能恢复的影响。方法选取2017年1月—2020年10月该院收治的66例进行掌侧锁定钢板内固定治疗的桡骨远端骨折患者,分为对照组与观察组,每组33例。对照组患者采用常规术后治疗,观察组患者进行早期康复治疗。比较两组患者术后腕关节功能恢复情况。结果观察组患者治疗后腕关节功能优良率(96.97%)比对照组高(75.76%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗后Cooney腕关节评分、治疗评分、腕关节背伸及屈曲活动度均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗后总满意度(96.97%)高于对照组(72.72%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对掌侧锁定钢板内固定治疗的桡骨远端骨折患者进行早期康复治疗,可有效改善患者术后腕关节功能,避免因长期固定引发的腕关节僵硬,且患者治疗满意度较高,值得在临床上应用与推广。Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation on the recovery of wrist joint function after volar locking plate internal fixation for the treatment of distal radius fractures.Methods From January 2017 to October 2020,66 patients with distal radius fractures treated with volar locking plate internal fixation were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group,with 33 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine postoperative treatment,while patients in the observation group received early rehabilitation.The postoperative wrist function recovery of the two groups of patients was compared.Results The excellent and good rate of wrist joint function in the observation group(96.97%)after treatment was higher than that in the control group(75.76%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Cooney wrist joint score,modified Barthel index(MBI)score,wrist dorsiflexion and flexion range of the patients in the study group were better than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of patients in the study group after treatment(96.97%)was higher than that of the control group(72.72%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation of patients with distal radius fractures treated with volar locking plate internal fixation can effectively improve the recovery of the wrist joint function after surgery,avoid wrist stiffness caused by long-term fixation,and have a high degree of satisfaction after treatment.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
