摘　　要：目的探讨子宫内膜息肉(endometrial polyps,EP)的MRI表现。方法选取经手术病理证实47例EP的MRI及临床资料,根据手术病理结果,分析子宫内膜息肉的MRI影像特点。结果47例EP的MRI图像:12例呈现EP典型的纤维核,11例表现为网格样、索条样结构,10例为不典型的点状、条状表现,14例MRI上显示不出来EP;10例伴发出血灶;结合带:清晰完整41例,局部破坏1例,模糊5例;内膜厚度:正常15例,内膜增厚32例。结论MRI能够对EP的诊断和鉴别诊断提供重要的影像学信息,能为临床的诊疗提供参考。Objective To investigate the magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)characteristics of endometrial polyps(EP).Methods A retrespective analysis was conducted on pathology records,MRI studies and clinical materials from multiple institutions disclosed 47 patients pathologically proved EP.The MRI findings of EP were summarized.Results In the MRI images of 47 cases with EP,there were 12 cases with central fibrous core,11 cases with net or fibrous spindle structures,10 cases with atypical dot or spindle manifestation,14 cases with out EP appearance in MRI images,10 cases with hemorrhagic foci.The junctional zone was as follows 41 cases were intact,1 was destroyed,5 were obscure.The thickness of the endometrium exhibited 15 were normal and 32 were thickened.Conclusion MRI can provide important imaging information for the diagnosis and the differential diagnosis of EP.It may be important for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
