摘  要:镍基高温合金由于成分复杂在凝固过程中极易出现成分偏析现象,本研究以GH4169合金为研究对象,分析了施加不同形式螺旋磁场时其宏观组织及成分偏析状况。结果表明,螺旋磁场的施加明显促进了GH4169合金铸锭柱状晶向等轴晶的转变(CET)过程,凝固缺陷及成分偏析现象均有显著改善,模式螺旋磁场的控制参数需进一步优化。Segregation is very to occur during the solidification process of Ni-based superalloy GH4169 because of the complex composition.A helical magnetic field was employed to generate forced convection to improve the solidification defects and the segregation during the alloy solidification process.In this article,the macro-structure and the segregation of the GH4169 alloy under different forms of helical magnetic field were compared and analyzed.The results show that the application of the helical magnetic field significantly promotes the transformation of columnar crystals to equiaxed crystals,the solidification defects and the segregation of the alloy were also significantly improved.Then,the control parameters of the modulated helical magnetic field need further investigate to optimize.
