北京动物园陆龟源性大肠杆菌的分离鉴定与耐药性研究

摘　　要：为明确北京动物园内陆龟源性大肠杆菌耐药性流行情况,笔者从园内两栖爬行馆内采集9种50只陆龟的肛拭子样本,使用ECC大肠杆菌显色培养基培养分离菌株,进行细菌培养菌落特征、革兰氏染色镜检、API20E生化鉴定和16S r RNA测序鉴定,并对分离菌株进行药敏试验。结果表明,分离菌株为大肠杆菌,分离出的40株龟源性大肠杆菌在12种检测药物中,均仅对阿米卡星敏感,对其余药物不同程度耐药或中度敏感。提示用药前应进行药敏试验,以提高用药效果。In this study,clear source of Beijing zoo tortoises epidemiological characteristics of e.coli resistance,from campus amphibious reptiles inside take nine 50 tortoises anal swab samples,the samples using ECC chromogenic medium separation strains,e.coli bacteria colony characteristics,gram staining microscopy,API20E biochemical identification and 16 s r RNA sequencing identification,The drug sensitivity test of isolated strains was carried out.The results showed that the isolated escherichia coli was Escherichia coli.Among the 12 detected drugs,the 40 isolated escherichia coli strains were only sensitive to amikacin,and were resistant to other drugs in different degrees,or moderately sensitive.It is suggested that the drug sensitivity test should be carried out during the medication to improve the clinical medication effect.
