摘  要:针对引信系统面临的安全性与可靠性冲突、一次性控制、研制周期短、外部约束强等问题,采用了模块化系统架构的思想与方法,对系统进行了层次化模块分解,采用标准总线对模块接口进行了约束,实现了模块间解耦。重点研究了该模块化架构与引信安全性设计标准的符合性,并采用权衡空间方法对多个架构的可靠性、重量指标进行了权衡,最后采用设计结构矩阵分析了架构的模块化水平。初步研究结果表明,该架构既能满足引信系统的安全性、可靠性要求,又具有较好的模块化水平。The safety and reliability of fuze system will conflict,and fuze is one-shot controller,the product development cycle is short,but constraining is rigid.The modular system architecture idea and method was used,the modules was hierarchic decomposed,and was packaged by standard bus,the interaction across modules was decoupled.The compliance with fuze safety standard of the architecture was studied,and tradespace was used to study the trade-off between reliability and weight.Finally,design structure matrix was created to analyze the modularity of the architecture.As a result,the architecture was compliance with fuze safety and reliability,and modularity was well.
