摘　　要：嗜酸性皮病是指以皮肤中嗜酸性粒细胞浸润和/或脱颗粒为特征的一组疾病。本类疾病范围广,病因及发病机制大多不明,目前糖皮质激素仍为主要治疗手段。本文将对嗜酸性筋膜炎、嗜酸性蜂窝织炎、嗜酸性脓疱性毛囊炎和面部肉芽肿四种较为罕见的嗜酸性皮病及近年来嗜酸性皮病的治疗进展进行论述。Eosinophilic dermatoses are a group of diseases,characterized by eosinophil infiltration and/or degranulation of the skin.Eosinophilic dermatoses encompass a broad spectrum of diseases,whose etiology and pathogenesis remain mostly unknown,and corticosteroids still are the main treatment.In this paper,the treatment progress in recent years of the four rare eosinophilic dermatoses of eosinophilic fasciitis,eosinophilic cellulitis,eosinophilic pustular folliculitis and granuloma faciale was reviewed.
