托珠单抗治疗难治性复发性成人Still病1例  

Refractory Recurrent Adult-Onset Still′s Disease Treated with Tocilizumab:A Case Report

摘　　要：患者女,43岁,反复红斑、风团、关节痛伴发热10年,复发6个月,诊断难治性复发性成人Still病明确。患者既往应用糖皮质激素、抗风湿药物(DMARDs)、阿达木单抗治疗,疗效欠佳,炎性指标持续处于较高水平。后患者应用托珠单抗治疗2次,无新发皮疹,无发热、关节痛、咽痛等不适,各炎性指标明显下降。A 43-year-old female presented with recurrent erythema,wheals,arthralgia with fever for 10 years,recurrence for 6 months.The patient was diagnosed as refractory and recurrent adult Still′s disease.The previous treatment with glucocorticoids,DMARDs and adalimumab had poor efficacy,and the inflammatory factors remained at a high level.After two times of treatment with tozizumab,there was no new rash,fever,joint pain,sore throat and other discomfort,and the inflammatory factors decreased significantly.
