摘　　要：目的 探讨大疱性类天疱疮患者发生静脉血栓栓塞症的临床特点。方法 回顾分析6例大疱性类天疱疮患者发生静脉血栓栓塞症的临床资料。结果 6例患者的年龄均在70岁以上,其中5例为下肢静脉血栓,2例为急性肺血栓栓塞症;5例早期表现为双下肢水肿,4例嗜酸性粒细胞值>1.5×10;/L,4例低蛋白血症,4例D-二聚体阳性,4例长期卧床。结论 大疱性类天疱疮患者容易发生静脉血栓栓塞症,且多发生于老年人,需引起临床医生关注。Objective To study the clinical characteristics of venous thromboembolism in bullous pemphigoid patients.Methods Clinical data of 6 cases of bullous pemphigoid with venous thromboembolism were retrospectively analyzed.Results The patients were over 70 years old.Five cases suffered from venous thrombosis of legs, two cases had an acute pulmonary embolism and asymmetric limb swelling.Four cases presented with increased eosinophils(>1.5×10~9/L) and hypoproteinemia, and the D-D dimer were positive.Four cases had long-term bed rest.Conclusion Patients with bullous pemphigoid are prone to venous thromboembolism, which mainly occurs in the elderly that requires speical attention.
