摘　　要：目的 了解甘孜县藏族青少年手部寻常疣的患病现状及对该病的认知和治疗情况。方法 选取12~17岁前往甘孜县人民医院进行新冠疫苗接种的藏族青少年,进行手部寻常疣筛查,对阳性患者进行问卷调查。结果 甘孜县藏族青少年手部寻常疣总体患病率为14.00%,其中男性患病率16.07%,女性患病率11.36%。12~13岁年龄组患手部寻常疣者占比最高,达47.62%。大部分患者对该病认识不足,不主动寻求治疗。结论 甘孜县藏族青少年手部寻常疣患病率高,病情重度患者多,对青少年的心理健康有较大影响。但因大部分患者对寻常疣认识不足,较少进行早期治疗,增加了自身及接触传播的可能性。Objective To analyse the prevalence and characteristics about viral warts on the hands of Tibetan adolescents in Ganzi County.Methods Tibetan adolescents aged 12-17 who went to Ganzi County People′s Hospital for new COVID-19 vaccination were selected.Patients with viral warts on the hands were screened, and a questionnaire survey was conducted.Results The prevalence rate of viral warts on the hands in Tibetan adolescents in Ganzi County was 14.00%, of which the prevalence rate was 16.07% for males and 11.36% for females.The 12-13 year-old age group had the highest proportion(47.62%) of viral warts on the hands.Most patients have insufficient knowledge of the disease and do not actively seek medical treatment.Conclusion The prevalence of viral warts on the hands of Tibetan adolescents in Ganzi County is high, and quite a few patients are severe, which have an impact on the mental health of the adolescents.However, the lack of basic knowledge of viral warts results in late treatment and increasing the probability of transmission by themselves and by contact.
