摘  要:目的 检测淋病奈瑟菌临床分离菌株对7种抗菌药物的敏感性,并对结果进行分析,为淋病的社会防治提供参考。方法 收集疑似淋病患者生殖道分泌物,T-M淋球菌分离培养基分离培养后鉴定并保存菌株。通过纸片酸度法测定产青霉素酶淋球菌,琼脂稀释法测定四环素、青霉素、环丙沙星、大观霉素、阿奇霉素、头孢曲松和头孢克肟的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果 168株淋球菌中,对环丙沙星、青霉素和阿奇霉素的耐药比例分别为98.81%、77.97%和13.09%;共检出产青霉素酶淋球菌(PPNG) 67株(39.88%)、高度耐四环素淋球菌(TRNG) 47株(27.98%);未发现头孢曲松、头孢克肟和大观霉素的耐药菌株,发现22株对头孢曲松低敏的淋球菌。结论 大观霉素和头孢曲松适合本地区作为治疗淋病的一线药物。Objective To assess the sensitivity of clinical isolates of Neisseria gonorrhoeae(NG) to seven antibacterial agents to provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of gonorrhoea.Methods The reproductive tract secretions of suspected gonorrhea patients were collected, and the strains were identified and preserved by T-M culture medium.The minimum inhibitory concentrations(MIC) of tetracycline, penicillin, ciprofloxacin, spectinomycin, azithromycin, ceftriaxone and cefixime were determined by the AGAR dilution method.Results Among 168 strains of Gonorrhoeae,98.81%,77.97% and 13.09% were resistant to ciprofloxacin, penicillin and azithromycin, respectively.A total of 67(39.88%) penicillinase-producing and 47(27.98%) tetracycline-resistant NG strains were detected.No ceftriaxone, cefixime and spectinomycin-resistant strains were found, and 22 strains of gonorrhoea were found to be hyposensitive to ceftriaxone.Conclusion Spectinomycin and ceftriaxone are suitable for treating gonorrhea in this area.
