基于微信公众平台的手足口病预诊平台的设计与应用研究

摘　　要：考虑到手足口病为出疹性疾病,大部分早期就会出现相应的皮疹症状,如果有清晰的图片,并结合家属描述的临床症状,线上问诊将成为可能,因此本研究利用微信公众平台研究设计出针对小儿手足口病的线上预诊系统,系统首先对出现相关症状者进行线上无接触诊断,给出就诊建议,然后结合诊断数据对患者的活动范围进行收集统计,并对附近的用户发出防控预警,以期减少手足口病对少儿带来的威胁。同时,此次研究也为如何在减少人群流动、人群聚集的基础上,做好相关传染性疾病的分流与救治指明了一个新方向,对类似的传染病的防控提出了一种新思路。Considering hand, foot and mouth disease is a rash disease, most early appear the corresponding rash, if there are clear pictures, and combining with the clinical symptom description of the family members, online consultations will be possible. Combining the development of the network, an online pre diagnosis system for children with hand, foot and mouth disease were designed, first the related symptoms were analyzed through the online non-contact diagnosis and the medical advice was given, and then combined with diagnostic data, the activities of the patients were collected and analyzed, and the early warning, prevention and control was send out to nearby users to reduce the threats of hand, foot and mouth disease to children. At the same time, this study also pointed out a new direction for how to do a good job in the diversion and treatment of infectious diseases on the basis of reducing the flow of people and crowd gathering, and proposed a new idea for the prevention and control of similar infectious diseases.
