摘 要:目的:探讨复位钳临时钳夹辅助复位在儿童难复性桡骨下1/3骨折微创治疗中的应用价值和安全性。方法:2018年6月至2020年6月,选择难复性桡骨下1/3骨折患儿23例,男17例,女6例;年龄为5~14岁,平均10.5岁。利用复位钳临时钳夹辅助复位微创治疗儿童难复性桡骨下1/3骨折,术后均辅以前臂U形石膏托固定,4~6周拆除石膏,开始功能训练。结果:所有患儿均随访,平均随访时间为15.3个月(8~24个月),23例骨折均一期愈合,没有发生神经血管损伤。末次随访时,腕关节及前臂旋转功能参照Anderson疗效标准评定,优良率为100%。结论:微创治疗儿童难复性桡骨下1/3骨折时采用复位钳临时钳夹辅助复位,具有操作简单、复位高效、创伤小、手术时间短、出血量少等优势,且术后并发症少,有利于骨折愈合,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To investigate the application value and safety of temporary reduction assisted reduction with reduction forceps on the minimally invasive treatment of refractory subradial 1/3fracture in children.Methods:23children with refractory lower 1/3fracture of radius from June 2018to June 2020were selected,including 17males and 6females.Their ages ranged from 5to 14years old,with an average age of 10.5years old.The refractory lower 1/3radial fracture in children was treated by minimally invasive treatment using temporary reduction clamp assisted reduction with reduction forceps.All patients were fixed with U-shaped plaster of the forearm after surgery.The plaster was removed 4to 6weeks later,and functional training was performed.Results:All the children were followed up for 15.3months on average(8to 24months).All the 23fractures healed in one stage without neurovascular injury.At the last follow-up,the rotation function of wrist joint and forearm was evaluated according to Anderson efficacy standard,and the excellent and good rate was 100%.Conclusion:In minimally invasive treatment of refractory lower 1/3radial fracture in children,temporary reduction with reduction forceps assisted reduction has the advantages of simple operation,high reduction efficiency,small trauma,short operation time,small amount of blood loss and fewer postoperative complications,which is conducive to fracture healing and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
