摘　　要：脂肪组织储存能量,是体内最大的内分泌器官,产生多种脂肪因子。但在众多脂肪因子中,极少有在促进健康方面发挥积极作用的。最近,分泌型卷曲相关蛋白5(secreted frizzled-related protein-5,Sfrp5)已被确定为一种抗炎脂肪因子,其为Wnt5a蛋白的内源性抑制剂,一方面Sfrp5可通过抑制Wnt/β-catenin信号通路,在细胞增殖和分化过程中起调节作用;另一方面Sfrp5通过抑制其下游非典型信号通路抑制c-jun N-末端激酶(c-Jun N-terminal kinase,JNK)的激活,增强胰岛素敏感性,改善炎症状态,抑制炎性疾病的发展。基于Sfrp5对糖尿病、肥胖和冠心病等炎性疾病的作用,本文对Sfrp5的生理功能以及Sfrp5参与糖尿病、肥胖和冠心病的机制作一综述,为炎性疾病的诊断及治疗提供理论支持。Objective Adipose tissue is the largest endocrine organ in the body,which stores energy and produces a variety of fat factors.However,few fat factors play active roles in promoting health.Recently,secreted frizzled-related protein-5(Sfrp5)is identified as an anti-inflammatory adipokine and an endogenous inhibitor of Wnt5a protein,which plays a regulatory role in cell proliferation and differentiation by inhibiting Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathways and enhances insulin sensitivity by inhibiting the activation of c-jun N-terminal kinase(JNK)via inhibiting downstream atypical signaling pathway,therefore improves the inflammatory status and inhibits the development of inflammatory diseases.Based on the effect of Sfrp5 on inflammatory diseases such as diabetes,obesity and coronary heart disease,this paper reviews the physiological function of Sfrp5 and the mechanism of Sfrp5 involvement in these diseases,and provides theoretical support for the diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory diseases.
