摘　　要：目的了解男男性行为者(MSM)生活满意度现状,分析与人口学特征及性行为的相关性。方法2019年1-10月,用“滚雪球”抽样法,对绵阳市MSM采用生活满意度量表(SWLS)测评及性行为等问卷调查和血清学检测,用t检验和多元线性回归进行生活满意度与人口学特征及性行为相关性的单因素及多因素分析。结果有效问卷1123份,生活满意度平均(24.29±4.43)分。生活满意度得分在HIV阳性者低于HIV阴性(P=0.002)。多因素分析:年龄≥25岁(β=1.30)、性取向同性恋(β=1.37)、自认成为MSM原因为天生(β=1.61)、自认无改变现有生活方式可能(β=2.31)与生活满意度得分呈正关联,近6个月偶遇性伴肛交无保护(β=-1.64)与生活满意度得分呈负关联。结论MSM生活满意度与年龄、身份认同及高危性行为有关,低生活满意度者更易发生高危性行为,应促进提高。Objective To understand the current status of life satisfaction of men who have sex with men(MSM)and analyze the influencing factors,analyze the relationship with demographic characteristics and sexual behavior.Methods From January to October 2019,using the“snowball”sampling method,the Life Satisfaction Scale(SWLS)test and sexual behavior surveys and serological tests were used for MSM in Mianyang City,the t-test and multiple linear regression were used to analyze single factor and multivariate factors of the relationship between life satisfaction and demographic characteristics and sexual behavior.Results There were 1123 valid questionnaires,average life satisfaction(24.29±4.43)points.The life satisfaction score was lower in HIV positive than HIV negative(P=0.002).Multivariate analysis:age≥25 years old(β=1.30),homosexuality(β=1.37),self-identification of MSM as a natural cause(β=1.63),self-identification that there is no possibility of changing the current lifestyle(β=2.31)were positively correlated with the life satisfaction score,nearly six months of unprotected sex partners encounter(β=-1.64)were negatively correlated with the life satisfaction score.Conclusion MSM life satisfaction is related to age,identity and high-risk sexual behaviors.People with low life satisfaction are more likely to have high-risk sexual behaviors,which should be improved.
