刘敏如教授补遗多囊卵巢综合征(胞中脂膜壅塞诸证)之探讨

摘　　要：本文通过梳理国医大师刘敏如教授对多囊卵巢综合征的认识,分析将其命名为“胞中脂膜壅塞诸证”的理论依据。刘教授提出该病病理多态,禀于先天,损于后天;其本在肾,天癸失调;变化在胞中,痰、湿、脂、瘀壅塞为标,诸多因素导致发为诸证;归纳其治法以化瘀消脂、软坚散结为主,用药宜平和,顾护脾胃,以种子类药物益肾固本。临床新病种诊治的丰富与完善对中医妇科疾病学研究具有重要指导意义。We summarized the understanding of Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)by TCM master/Prefessor Liu Minru,analyzes why she named the syndrome Zhimo Accumulation at the Uterus.She suggested that the cause of the syndrome was various,the kidney dysfunction are basic causes of the syndrome.Excessive Biao is mainly Sputum,Dampness,and Blood stasis always runs through the disease.The main treatment for this disease are Blood-activating and Stasis-eliminat,cut down on fat and resolving hard lump.Patients can be treated with safty and effective herbs and seed traditional Chinese medicine.The definition of new diseases is very important for Gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine.
