摘　　要：不孕症是盆腔炎性疾病的后遗症之一,慢性子宫内膜炎导致的不孕是不孕症的常见类型,是目前临床治疗的难点。魏绍斌教授长期从事妇科炎症、痛症研究,对于治疗慢性子宫内膜炎导致的不孕积累了丰富的临床经验,提出慢性子宫内膜炎性不孕的病名诊断,认为其应属于盆腔炎性疾病后遗症,同时归纳出“气虚血瘀夹湿”的根本病机,总结了“益气化瘀清热除湿”治疗方法,创制了中药内服联合中药灌肠与艾灸的中医内外合治的治疗方案,在临床上取得良好疗效。Infertility is one of the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases.Infertility caused by chronic endometritis is a common type of infertility and a difficulty in clinical treatment.Professor Wei Shaobin has been engaged in the research of gynecological inflammation and pain for a long time.In her long-term clinical work,she has accumulated rich experience in the treatment of infertility caused by chronic endometritis,and put forward the diagnosis of chronic endometrial inflammatory infertility.It is considered that it should also belong to the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases.At the same time,the fundamental pathogenesis of“Qi deficiency and blood stasis combined with dampness”is summarized,and the treatment method of“replenishing Qi,removing Blood stasis,clearing heat and Dehumidification”is summarized.The internal and external treatment scheme of traditional Chinese medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema and moxibustion was created,and a good clinical effect was obtained.
