摘　　要：上海市非物质文化遗产“张氏内科”代表性传承人张存钧教授,临证50余年,对反流性食管炎的中医治疗方面造诣深厚,认为其病机与肝胃气逆、酸壅胃脘、胃热上炎及脾胃虚弱等相关,治疗分别予清热降逆、补虚制酸。本文从中医病因、病机及治法、方药等角度对张教授治疗反流性食管炎的临床心得进行探讨,并分享验案1则。Professor Zhang Cunjun,the representative inheritor of Shanghai intangible cultural heritage“Zhang’s internal medicine”,has been treating reflux esophagitis for more than 50 years.He has profound knowledge in traditional Chinese medicine treatment.He thinks that the etiology and pathogenesis of reflux esophagitis are related to Liver and Stomach Qi inversion,acid blocking Stomach,Stomach Heat inflammation and Spleen and Stomach weakness.The treatment is to clear away Heat and reduce inversion,tonify deficiency and make acid.This paper discusses professor Zhang’s clinical experience in treating reflux esophagitis from the perspectives of etiology,pathogenesis,treatment and prescription of traditional Chinese medicine,and shares one proven case.
