皮内针研究热点及趋势:文献计量学及知识图谱分析

摘　　要：目的:对皮内针文献关键词进行文献计量学分析及可视化分析,探究皮内针的研究热点及发展趋势。方法:计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)数据库与皮内针相关的文献,通过可视化软件CiteSpace对文献进行关键词共现、聚类及突现图谱进行绘制和分析。结果:揿针、皮内针、针刺、耳穴揿针、揿针埋针、电针、临床疗效观察、失眠、疼痛、便秘、带状疱疹/并发症为皮内针文献的高频共现关键词;皮内针、临床观察、留针候气、恶心、针刺疗法、疼痛、埋针、鼻炎、康复训练、安全性为排名前10的聚类关键词;失眠、便秘及针药并用是近年皮内针文献的突现关键词。结论:揿针是皮内针研究的热点疗法,临床疗效观察是目前皮内针研究的热点方向,失眠、疼痛、便秘、带状疱疹/并发症等可能是皮内针研究的热点病种。失眠、便秘及针药并用可能是皮内针的近几年的研究前沿及未来发展趋势。Objective:To explore the research hot spots and academic trend of intradermal thumbtack needle via the visualization analysis of keywords of relevant intradermal thumbtack needle papers.Methods:The relevant papers focused on intradermal thumbtack needle were collected from CNKI by computer.The CiteSpace software was used to create the reproductive map of keywords co-occurrence and cluster analyses,keywords timeline,and sudden detection of keywords.Results:The high-frequency generate the keywords in the literature of intradermal thumbtack needle are thumbtack needle,intradermal needle,acupuncture,ear point thumbtack needle,needle implantation,electro-acupuncture,clinical effect observation,insomnia,pain,constipation,herpes zoster/complications;intradermal needle,clinical observation,needle retention waiting for arrival of qi,nausea,acupuncture therapy,pain,needle implantation,rhinitis,rehabilitation training,safety are the top 10 cluster keywords;Insomnia,constipation and the combination of acupuncture and medicine are the sudden detection of keyword in intradermal needle literature in recent years.Conclusion:Thumbtack needle is a hot therapy in the study of intradermal needle,and clinical effect observation is the hot direction intradermal needle at present.Insomnia,pain,constipation,herpes zoster/complications may be the hot diseases in the study of intradermal needle.Insomnia,constipation and the combination of acupuncture and medicine may be the research frontier and future development trend of intradermal needle in recent years.
