摘 要:为了研究高强阻燃聚酯工业丝(FRHT)在加工和应用条件下的受热温度范围,对FRHT在特定条件下热处理前后的结构与性能指标进行评价。与高强聚酯工业丝(HT)相比,FRHT具有相近的抗热应力破坏性能。随着热处理温度从120℃升高到195℃,结晶度逐渐降低。由于阻燃剂的增塑作用,FRHT的非晶区链段更易滑移,解取向程度较高。当温度高于180℃,FRHT的热应力、热收缩与热强力损失等指标受高温热处理的影响较大。上述力学性能和尺寸稳定性评价指标对于FRHT在高温条件下的长期安全服役具有重要指导意义。In order to study the heat-resisting range of high-strength flame-retardant polyester industrial filament(FRHT)under processing and application conditions,the structure and properties of FRHT before and after heat treatment under specific conditions were evaluated.Compared with high strength polyester industrial filament,FRHT had similar thermal stress failure resistance.With the increase of heat treatment temperature from 120℃to 195℃,the crystallinity decreased gradually.Due to the plasticizing effect of flame retardant,the segment in amorphous regions of FRHT was easier to slip and the degree of disorientation was higher.When the temperature was higher than 180℃,the thermal stress,thermal shrinkage and thermal strength loss of FRHT were greatly affected by high temperature heat treatment.The above mechanical properties and dimensional stability evaluation indicators had important guiding significance for the long-term safe service of FRHT under high temperature conditions.
