摘  要:聚丙烯腈基碳纤维原丝水洗段是影响原丝质量的重要环节,水洗效果的好坏直接影响着碳纤维的强度。水洗的形式有多种,一般采用多级水洗槽水平串联结构形式。提出了一种水洗装置的新形式,采用此水洗装置,可以缩短水洗工序的距离,节约生产空间和成本,节约水和蒸汽的消耗,降低纤维中的残余溶剂含量,提高碳纤维的强度及均一性。The water-washing section of polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber precursors is an important link effecting the quality of the precursers.The strength of carbon fiber is directly effected by water-washing effect.These are many forms of water-washing,generally using multi-level water washing tank horizontal series structure.A new form of water-washing device is presented,using this water-washing device,the distance of the water-washing process can be shortened,the production space and cost can be saved,the consumption of water and steam can be saved,the residual solvent content in the fibers can be reduced,the strength and the uniformity of the carbon fibers can be improved.
