摘  要:RH顶枪的主要作用是加热炉体、在真空环境下吹氧脱碳,同时加热钢水,进行喷吹粉剂脱硫、脱磷等。顶枪控制系统是顶枪工艺过程的控制环节,直接影响钢水真空精炼工艺的控制准确性、生产的稳定性和安全性。针对顶枪在抱闸过程的"下溜"、精准定位顶枪位置和发生断电故障时如何处理三方面问题进行分析,分别从变频器、故障提升、编码器对顶枪的控制进行分析与优化。结合某钢厂RH顶枪的实际运行情况,在冶炼过程中进行优化有效地避免事故发生,提高设备使用安全性。The main function of RH top lance is to heat the furnace body, blow oxygen for decarbonization in vacuum environment, heat molten steel, and spray powder for desulfurization and dephosphorization.The top lance control system is the control point of the top lance of RH process, which directly affects the control accuracy, production stability and the safety of the molten steel during vacuum refining process.Three aspects including the top lance′s "slipping" during the brake process, precise positioning of the top lance position, and how to deal with the power failure are analyzed.The control of the top lance is analyzed and optimized from the inverter, the fault upgrade and the encoder.Combined with the actual operation of the RH top lance of a steel plant, it is optimized in the smelting process to effectively avoid accidents and improve the safety of equipment.
