摘  要:为解决粗轧钢坯剪切过程中切除量控制不准确导致成材率低的问题,研发了一套用于粗轧坯智能优化剪切的系统。该系统首先基于机器视觉技术,通过图像处理得到头尾轮廓并计算出最优剪切距离,再结合辊道速度实时跟踪钢板上剪切线的行进位置,在最佳时刻控制飞剪启动,实现优化剪切的目的。目前,该系统应用在国内某热轧线,结果表明,该技术能够实时有效地检测钢板头部和尾部轮廓,找到最佳剪切尺寸,从而保证不规则的头尾形状被彻底切除,剪切线控制在±5 mm时准确度可达到95.4%以上。In order to solve the problem of low yield caused by inaccurate cutting quantity control in the process of rough rolling billet cutting, a set of intelligent optimal shear system for rough rolling billet is developed.Firstly, this system is based on machine vision technology, the head and tail contour are obtained by image processing and the optimal shear distance is calculated.Then, the moving position of the shear line on the steel plate is tracked in real time by the roller speed, and the flying shear start is controlled at the best time to achieve the purpose of optimizing the shear.At present, the system is applied to a domestic hot rolling line.The results show that the technology can effectively detect the head and tail contour of steel plate in real time and find the best shearing size, so as to ensure that the irregular head and tail are completely cut off, and the accuracy of shear line determination is more than 95.4%,and the range of loss is within 5 mm.
