摘 要:梅钢1 420 mm五机架冷连轧机出口段防缠导板的位置控制方式属于开环控制。该控制方式具有不稳定性,导致在生产中问题频发,其中包括防缠导板位移不到位,使得未起到防缠防溅的功用以及防缠导板位移过度导致划伤轧辊影响生产过程。针对上述问题,分析了防缠导板的开环控制系统,在此基础上提出防缠导板的闭环控制系统的设计思路。对所提出的系统进行建模仿真,分析了防缠导板位移在给定输入下的响应曲线,结果表明闭环系统具有一定的稳定性。同时,通过分析响应曲线,在当前闭环系统的基础上,提出了普通PID校正和积分分离式PID校正的方法,系统的响应时间分别较原闭环控制系统减少了0.21 s与0.4 s。最后,将闭环控制系统应用于实际生产,试验结果表明,该系统能够在生产中稳定运行,且快速达到稳态,有效降低了防缠导板不稳定导致的系列问题。The position control mode of anti-sticking guide at the outlet section of 1 420 mm five stand tandem cold mill in Meigang belongs to open-loop control.This control mode makes the instability of operation lead to frequent problems in production, including the displacement of the anti-sticking guide is not in place, which does not play the function of anti-sticking guide, and the excessive displacement of the anti-sticking guide, resulting in scratching the roll and affecting the production process.In view of the above problems, the open-loop control system of anti-sticking guide is analysised, and the design idea of closed-loop control system of anti-sticking guide is put forward.The proposed closed-loop control system is modeled and simulated, and the response curve of the displacement of the anti-sticking guide under a given input is analyzed.The results show that the closed-loop system has a certain stability.At the same time, by analyzing the response curve, based on the current closed-loop system, the methods of ordinary PID correction and integral separation PID correction are proposed.The response time is reduced by 0.21 s and 0.4 s respectively compared with the original closed-loop control system.Finally, the closed-loop control system is applied to the actual production.The experiment results show that the system can run stably in the production,quickly reach the steady state,and effectively reduce a series of problems caused by the instability of the anti-sticking guide.
