中药炙甘草汤加味联合常规西药治疗老年冠心病室性心律失常的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探析中药炙甘草汤加味联合常规西药治疗老年冠心病室性心律失常的临床疗效。方法:选本院200例老年冠心病室性心律失常患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组常规西药治疗,观察组联合中药炙甘草汤加味治疗。观察两组的临床指标。结果:观察组治疗后临床症状胸闷、心悸缓解、总有效率及室性早搏、房性早搏、交界性早搏相关指标显著优于对照组,且治疗后观察组不良反应率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:中药炙甘草汤加味联合常规西药治疗老年冠心病室性心律失常可改善临床症状,不良反应较小。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine Zhigancao Decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of ventricular arrhythmia in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 200 elderly patients with coronary heart disease with ventricular arrhythmia were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was combined with traditional Chinese medicine Zhigancao Decoction.Results:After treatment,the clinical symptoms of chest tightness,palpitation relief,total effective rate,ventricular premature beat,atrial premature beat,borderline premature beat and heart rate reaching standard time in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the adverse reaction rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine Zhigancao Decoction combined with conventional western medicine can improve the clinical symptoms of ventricular arrhythmia in the elderly with coronary heart disease,with less adverse reactions.
