摘　　要：目的:分析清热散结胶囊对减少急性湿疹患者皮损处金黄色葡萄球菌定植的作用。方法:选择本院收治的90例急性湿疹患者作为本次研究的对象,所有患者在2020年1月至2020年12月就诊,采用抛硬币的方式进行分组,两组各45例。两组患者均采用了氯雷他定、糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗,研究组在此基础上加用清热散结胶囊。比较两组患者治疗前与治疗2周后金黄色葡萄球菌株数以及治疗总有效率。结果:两组患者治疗前株数比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),研究组患者治疗2周后金黄色葡萄球菌株数少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗2周后治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,与对照组相比具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:清热散结胶囊可以明显减少急性湿疹患者皮损处金黄色葡萄球菌定植情况,联合常规疗法疗效更优。Objective:To analyze the effect of Qingre Sanjie Capsule on reducing the colonization of Staphylococcus aureus in the skin lesions of patients with acute eczema.Methods:Ninety patients with acute eczema admitted to our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.All patients were treated between January 2020 and December 2020.They were divided into groups by tossing a coin.There were 45 cases in each group.Both groups of patients were treated with loratadine and mometasone furoate cream,and the study group was treated with Qingre Sanjie Capsules on this basis.The number of Staphylococcus aureus strains and the total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups of patients before treatment and two weeks after treatment.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the number of strains between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05).The number of Staphylococcus aureus strains in the study group was less than that in the control group after two weeks of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After two weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,which was statistically different from the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingre Sanjie Capsules can significantly reduce the colonization of staphylococcus aureus in the skin lesions of patients with acute eczema,and the combination of conventional therapies is more effective.
