摘 要:为满足透明结构空间碎片防护的需求,本文介绍了透明材料的撞击特性验证方法,针对PC、PMMA、耐辐照玻璃等透明材料开展了超高速撞击试验验证,获得了不同材料在超高速撞击后的破坏形式、缺陷大小等,并经分析得到了不同材料的弹道极限。结果表明,若以是否击穿为准则,本试验采用的透明材料的防护能力都强于1.5mm厚5A06铝板,PC材料的防护能力强于PMMA和耐辐照玻璃,PMMA的防护能力与耐辐照玻璃相当。In order to meet the needs of space debris protection for transparent structure,the impact characteristics and verification method of transparent material are studied.Hypervelocity impact tests are carried out for PC,PMMA and anti-irradiation glasses.The failure forms,the defect sizes of different materials after hypervelocity impact and the ballistic limits of different materials are obtained.The results show that the protection ability of materials used in this test is stronger than that of 1.5mm thick 5A06 aluminum plate,the protection ability of PC is stronger than that of PMMA,and the protection ability of PMMA is equivalent to that of anti-irradiation glasses.
