医护联合管理法在连台手术室护理质量安全管理中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的探究医护联合管理对连台手术患者护理安全的影响。方法选取该院手术室21名护理人员为研究对象,于2018年3月—2019年2月采用常规管理为实施前,于2019年3月—2020年2月采用医护联合管理为实施后。观察实施前后护理人员护理质量合格率、护理满意度和安全隐患情况。结果实施后护理人员的物品管理合格率(100.00%)、基础护理合格率(95.24%)、病区环境管理合格率(90.48%)、护理安全管理合格率(100.00%)高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后护理人员的服务态度(90.48%)及心理支持服务(100.00%)明显高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后护理人员对于患者护理工作安全隐患率(4.76%)明显低于实施前(28.57%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医护联合管理的实施,能够有效提升护理人员的护理工作质量和患者对护理的满意度,降低手术中的安全隐患率。Objective To explore the effect of joint medical and nursing management on nursing safety of patients undergoing continuous operation.Methods 21 nursing staff in the operating room of the hospital were selected as the study objects.The routine management from March 2018 to February 2019 was used as the before the implementation,and the Medical-nursing Joint Management from March 2019 to February 2020 was used as the post-implementation.The nursing quality qualification rate,nursing satisfaction and potential safety hazards of the nursing staff were observed before and after management.Results After implementation,the nursing staff'squalified rate of item management(100.00%),the qualified rate of basic nursing(95.24%),the qualified rate of ward environment management(90.48%),and the qualified rate of nursing safety management(100.00%),were higher than before implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after implementation,the nursing staff's service attitude(90.48%)and psychological support service(100.00%),significantly higher than before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after implementation,the hidden safety risk rate of nursing staff for patient nursing work(4.76%)was significantly lower than that of before the implementation(28.57%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of medical-nursing joint management can effectively improve the nursing quality of nursing staff and patients'satisfaction with nursing,and reduce the hidden safety hazard rate during surgery.
