摘　　要：目的研究知信行管理模式对消化科护士护理知识、态度及行为的影响。方法选择该院2020年7月—2021年7月参与护理工作的30名消化科护士进行随机分组,将其分为知信行组和常规组,每组15名。常规组行常规管理措施干预,知信行组行知信行管理模式干预。分析两组护士的疼痛管理、态度评分及行为评分。结果知信行组消化科护理常识、疼痛评估知识、药物知识、健康教育知识评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);知信行组疼痛评估、饮食护理、生活管理记录评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在消化内科的护理工作当中,知信行管理模式能够提高医护人员的护理知识,使其端正态度,采取正确的处理行为。Objective To study the effect of knowledge,belief and behavior management model on nursing knowledge,attitude and behavior of nurses in gastroenterology department.Methods 30 gastroenterology nurses who participated in nursing work in the hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected for randomization.They were divided into a knowledge-trust-action group and a routine group,with 15 people in each group.The routine group was intervened by conventional management measures,and the knowledge-trust-action group was intervened by the management mode of knowledge,belief,and behavior.The pain management,attitude scores and behavior scores of nurses in the two groups were analyzed.Results The knowledge-trust-action group's knowledge of digestive nursing,pain assessment knowledge,drug knowledge,and health education knowledge score were all higher than those of the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain assessment,diet nursing,and life management records score of the knowledge-trust-action group were higher than those of the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing work of gastroenterology department,the management model of knowledge,belief and action can improve the nursing knowledge of medical staff,make them correct attitude and take correct handling behavior.
