摘 要:目的探究7S管理在血站检验科管理中的应用效果及其进展。方法随机抽取2019年5月—2021年5月血站检验科采集的1000例血液标本进行研究。2019年5月—2020年5月实施常规管理;2020年6月—2021年5月实施7S管理。随机抽取两个管理阶段血液标本各500例,比较两组的采供血差错事件发生情况、工作满意度及血站质控考核评分。结果7S管理实组采供血差错事件发生率(0.80%)显著低于常规管理组(6.00%),工作满意度及血站质控考核均显著高于常规管理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论7S管理在血站检验科管理中有着较高的应用价值。Objective To explore the application effect and progress of 7S management in blood station laboratory management.Methods 1000 blood samples collected by blood station laboratory department from May 2019 to May 2021 were randomly selected for research.Routine management was implemented from May 2019 to May 2020;7S management was implemented from June 2020 to May 2021,and 500 blood samples in each group was randomly selected during the management stage.The occurrence of blood collection and supply errors,work satisfaction and blood station quality control assessment scores were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of blood collection and supply errors in the 7S management group(0.80%)was significantly lower than that in the routine management group(6.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the work satisfaction and blood station quality control assessment were significantly higher than those in the routine management group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 7S management has high application value in the management of blood station laboratory department and can be vigorously promoted.
