探究疾控部门突发公共卫生事件选择不同管理实践策略的效果

摘　　要：目的探究疾控部门突发公共卫生事件应对中选择不同管理实践策略的效果。方法选取该疾控部门50名工作人员于2020年1—6月(对照组)、2020年7月—2021年1月(研究组)期间分别接受传统管理及综合管理实践策略,探究不同管理实践策略的效果。结果研究组比对照组工作支持量表评分、心理安全氛围评分及自我效能评分更高;研究组比对照组离职倾向评分更低;研究组工作总满意度明显高于对照组;研究组情绪衰竭及去个性化分值低于对照组,而研究组个人成就感丧失分值则高于对照组;研究组工作质量各项评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疾控部门突发公共卫生事件选择综合管理实践策略,应用效果显著。Objective To explore the effect of different management practice strategies selected by the disease control department for public health emergencies response.Methods 50 staff members of the disease control department were selected and received traditional management and comprehensive management practice strategies from January to June 2020(control group)and July 2020 to January 2021(study group).Effects of different management practice strategies were investigated.Results Compared with the control group,the work support scale score,psychological safety climate score and self-efficacy score were higher in the study group;compared with the control group,the turnover intention score of the study group was lower;the overall job satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,emotional exhaustion and depersonalization scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while personal achievement loss scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group;the scores of work quality in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The disease control department chooses the comprehensive management practice strategy for public health emergencies,and the application effect is remarkable.
