儿童保健系统管理促进儿童早期生长发育的效果评估

摘　　要：目的评估儿童保健系统管理促进儿童早期生长发育的效果。方法选取2017年9月—2018年3月该院应用基础方式管理下儿童保健科接收的健康体检儿童40名纳入对照组;选取2018年4—10月该院应用儿童保健系统管理下儿童保健科接收的健康体检儿童40名纳入观察组。分析不同组别健康体检儿童管理后的生长发育情况、管理满意度。结果在对儿童保健科接收的健康体检儿童进行管理后,观察组儿童的生长发育情况好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组儿童的管理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对儿童保健科接收的健康体检儿童进行管理时,应用儿童保健系统管理能够有助于改善儿童生长发育情况,提高管理满意度,推荐应用。Objective To evaluate the effect of child health system management on early childhood growth and development.Methods From September 2017 to March 2018,40 children receiving physical examination in the Department of Child Health of the hospital under the application of basic management method were included in the control group.40 children who received physical examination in the child Health Care Department of the hospital under the management of the child health care system from April to October 2018 were included in the observation group.The growth and development and management satisfaction of different groups of healthy children after management were analyzed.Results After the management of the healthy children received by the Children's Health Department,the growth and development of the children in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management satisfaction of children in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of healthy children received by the child health care department,the application of child health care system management can help improve children's growth and development,improve management satisfaction,which is recommend for application.
