摘 要:随着市场环境竞争日趋激烈,如何减少企业成本浪费,提高利润和客户满意度是医药流通企业当前面临的重要问题。六西格玛的本质是减少过程变异、消除浪费,是当前较为先进的一种管理模式。该文针对当前医药流通企业管理现状,通过引入六西格玛质量管理方法,旨在降低医药流通企业运营成本,改善工作流程,减少工作出错率,从而提高客户满意度并实现企业利润的增加。With the increasingly fierce competition in the market environment,how to reduce the cost and waste of enterprises and improve the profit and customer satisfaction is an important problem that pharmaceutical distribution enterprises are currently facing.The essence of Six Sigma is to reduce process variation and eliminate waste.It is a relatively advanced management mode at present.In view of the current management status of pharmaceutical distribution enterprises,this paper aims to reduce the operating cost of pharmaceutical distribution enterprises,improve the work process,and reduce the error rate of work by introducing the Six Sigma quality management method,thereby improving customer satisfaction and increasing corporate profits.
