6S精益化管理用于医学实验室管理的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析6S精益化管理用于医学实验室管理的效果。方法于2019年11月—2021年10月将30名在职医学实验室工作人员作为研究对象,对相关医院开展6S精益化管理的情况进行学习和研究,实施前(2019年11月—2020年10月)开展常规医学实验室管理,实施后(2020年11月—2021年10月)开展6S精益化医学实验室管理。从医学实验室工作人员对管理工作的满意度、工作效率及管理质量方面进行管理效果的综合评估。结果实施6S精益化管理后医学实验室工作人员对管理的满意度高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施6S精益化管理后医学实验室工作效率较实施前提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施6S精益化管理后医学实验室管理质量高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将6S精益化管理应用于医学实验室管理中,能够提升管理质量、工作效率,获得了工作人员的较高评价。Objective To analyze the effect of 6S lean management in medical laboratory management.Methods From November 2019 to October 2021,30 on-the-job medical laboratory staff were taken as the research objects,study and research the sieuation of 6S lean management in the relevant hospitals.(from November 2019 to October 2020)to carry out routine medical laboratory management,and after implementation(from November 2020 to October 2021)to carry out 6S lean medical laboratory management.A comprehensive evaluation of management effects was carried out in terms of medical laboratory staff's satisfaction with management work,work efficiency and management quality.Results After the implementation of 6S lean management,the medical laboratory staff's satisfaction with management was higher than before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6S lean management was implemented,the work efficiency of medical laboratory was improved,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the quality of medical laboratory management after the implementation of 6S lean management was higher than that before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 6S lean management in medical laboratory management can improve management quality and work efficiency,and has won high praise from staff.
