产科护理管理中运用柔性管理模式的干预效果评估

摘　　要：目的评估产科护理管理中运用柔性管理模式的干预效果。方法选取2020年1—12月内该院产科工作的护理人员20名纳入参比组,此阶段该院应用基础管理模式。选取2021年1—12月该院产科工作的护理人员20名纳入研究组,此阶段该院应用柔性管理模式。比较不同组别护理人员管理后的测评成绩、工作能力、管理满意度。结果在对产科护理人员进行管理后,研究组护理人员的测评成绩高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理人员的工作能力高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理人员负责患者的管理满意度高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对产科工作的护理人员进行护理管理时,应用柔性管理模式能够提升护理人员专业素养,增强护理人员工作能力,提高管理满意度。Objective To evaluate the intervention effect of flexible management mode in obstetric nursing management.Methods 20 nursing staff working in the obstetrics department of the hospital from January to December 2020 were selected and included in the reference group.At this stage,the hospital applied the basic management model.20 nurses working in the obstetrics department of the hospital from January to December 2021 were selected and included in the research group.At this stage,the hospital applies the flexible management model.The evaluation performance,work ability and management satisfaction of different groups of nursing staff after management were compared.Results After the obstetric nursing staff were managed,the evaluation scores of the nursing staff in the research group were higher than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the working ability of the nursing staff in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing staff in the study group had higher satisfaction with the management of patients than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing management of nursing staff working in obstetrics,the application of flexible management model can improve the professional quality of nursing staff,enhance the working ability of nursing staff,and improve management satisfaction.
