摘　　要：脑卒中患者在整个病程及长期延续性治疗间有着极大的医养需求。通过调研镇江市黎明社区康复联合病房逐渐建立、形成的互联网+社区医养模式,来分析该模式对脑卒中患者健康管理的优势及存在的问题。借由互联网+社区医养模式的应用和发展,进而探讨该模式在我国的脑卒中医养产业中的优势与便利,进而惠及我国更广泛的有医养需求的患者,助力我国医养产业的完善与发展。Stroke patients have great medical care needs during the entire course of the disease and long-term continuous treatment.By investigating the Internet+community medical care model gradually established and formed in Zhenjiang Liming Community Rehabilitation Joint Ward,the advantages and existing problems of this model for the health management of stroke patients were analyzed.Through the application and development of the Internet+community medical care model,the advantages and convenience of this model in the stroke medical care industry in my country are discussed.In turn,it will benefit a wider range of patients with medical care needs in China,and help the improvement and development of my country's medical care industry.
